Yoga, like life, is about balance;
in breath and out breath - steadiness and ease
movement and stillness - opening and closing
strength and flexibility - tension and relaxation
done with awareness of the whole self - body, mind and spirit
The East Litchfield Chapel was built by members of the community in 1868, and was a place of worship up until it was donated to the East Litchfield Village Improvement Society in 2017.
It embodies the spirit of community and sacred space.
A regular practice yields noticeable results. Students are encouraged to practice at home between classes and sessions
